What we look for
Three things decide whether a piece is worth carrying: how the fabric moves when you walk, whether the embroidery was guided by hand or stamped on, and how it looks after the tenth wash rather than the first. A piece that fails the third is not a bargain.
The fabric
Most of the collection is Saudi crepe — light enough for warm weather, heavy enough to hang rather than cling, and forgiving of a long day. Where a piece uses something else, its own page says so.
Looking after it
Hand wash cold, no bleach, a cool iron, dry in shade. Embroidery and beadwork last for years on those terms, and rarely survive a hot machine cycle.
